Senior Solutions Consultant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria (Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Consultant to bridge business and technology by leading business analysis, systems analysis, and client engagement activities. This role combines project delivery with business development, requiring someone who can translate business needs into technical solutions while supporting proposal development and client presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders.
• Develop business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Analyze business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage requirement changes.
• Conduct systems analysis across ERP, CRM, core banking, and enterprise applications.
• Define API integration and technical requirements with solution architects.
• Support software evaluation, implementation, and operational readiness assessments.
• Contribute to project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Research prospective clients and support proposal writing and executive presentations.
• Represent the company in client-facing technical and business engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or IT Consulting.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, banking systems, or enterprise integrations.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Core Banking Systems implementation or configuration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP platforms.
• Experience in banking, fintech, or regulated industries.
• Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc.) are an advantage.
• Experience supporting proposal development and business development initiatives.
