Role Overview

PlentyTechJobs is seeking a senior Sales & Marketing Executive to drive client acquisition and grow consulting revenue across Nigeria and international markets.

This is a relationship-driven, consultative sales role, focused on leveraging personal networks to engage and convert high-value clients. A key part of the role involves leading complimentary executive sessions with senior decision-makers.


Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth

  • Drive new business through personal networks, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Lead and coordinate tailored executive sessions with prospects
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities

Relationship Management

  • Leverage and grow a strong network of senior decision-makers
  • Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
  • Represent the company at industry events and executive forums

Strategy & Collaboration

  • Support go-to-market strategy and client targeting
  • Work with internal teams to develop proposals and solutions
  • Provide market insights and competitor intelligence

Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B sales, business development, or consulting sales
  • Strong experience closing senior-level or enterprise deals
  • Proven ability to generate business through personal networks
  • Experience across Nigeria and at least one other African or international market
  • Strong network of senior executives (mandatory)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Consultative, relationship-based selling approach
  • Self-driven with strong commercial mindset
