Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of technology and digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and meet business objectives.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Infrastructure, Customer Success, and external stakeholders to drive successful software implementations and continuous business improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and deliver software and digital transformation projects from initiation to completion.

Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation plans, and project charters.

Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and success metrics.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.

Manage project changes using established change control processes.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration.

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and clients.

Facilitate project kickoff meetings, sprint planning, status meetings, and project reviews.

Communicate project updates, risks, dependencies, and key decisions to stakeholders and executive management.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.

Ensure project governance, documentation, and reporting standards are maintained.

Track project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization.

Monitor vendor performance where applicable.

Support Agile delivery methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and Engineering Leads to prioritize deliverables.

Prepare executive dashboards and project performance reports.

Promote project management best practices and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Master's degree is an advantage.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of project management experience delivering software, technology, or digital transformation projects.

Experience managing SaaS, HealthTech, enterprise software, or systems implementation projects is highly preferred.

Experience working within Agile software development environments.
