Job Summary
PlentyTechJobs is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with a strong background in Tech, SaaS, HRTech, or System Integration sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving client acquisition, building strategic relationships, and closing high-value deals from prospecting to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and go-to-market strategies
Drive client acquisition and conversion
Promote applications, recruitment solutions, and system integration services
Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
Lead client presentations, product demos, and negotiations
Build long-term client relationships and close deals
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions
Meet and exceed revenue and growth targets
Requirements
5–7+ years of experience in Tech, SaaS, HRTech, or IT Solutions sales
Proven track record in lead generation and closing deals
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Experience selling applications, recruitment platforms, or integrations
Target-driven with strong commercial awareness
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Experience using CRM tools for pipeline management
